Here's a few important things you should know before placing an order with us:

Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout has been completed.

*Domestic Shipping

Orders placed within the US with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

*International Shipping
We are currently only offering international shipping to the Bahamas and Trinidad & Tobago. Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard delivery to these destinations.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send an email to info@thekidzkollection.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time we are not accepting any returns/exchanges, therefore all sales will be final.
